With this collective contract, negotiated following a tendering process led by a sub-working group of the HR commission, the GEM obtained preferential rates for work permit applications, whether EU/EFTA permit or third-country nationals permit. The particularly interesting conditions are based on all the Emigra/Newland Chase permit applications that will be processed on behalf of GEM members, so that companies will benefit from the overall volume generated by all participants to the collective agreement. Companies willing to join this service may decide to entrust all or part of their permit applications to Emigra/Newland Chase. The company, as part of the CIBT group, a major player in the field of visas, was able to convince the working group that participated in the tender, by its technical knowledge, its international network and the functionalities of its IT system.
